Today’s decision, which is the biggest WIN for LIFE in a generation, along with other decisions that have been announced recently, were only made possible because I delivered on everything as promised, including nominating and getting three highly respected and strong Constitutionalists confirmed to the United States Supreme Court. It was my great honor to do so!
I did not cave to the Radical Left Democrats, their partners in the Fake News Media, or the RINOs who are likewise the true, but silent, enemy of the people. These major victories prove that even the Radical Left is doing everything in their power to destroy our Country, your Rights are being protected, the Country is being defended, and there is still hope and time to Save America! I will never stop fighting for the Great People of our Nation!
Following the historic SCOTUS ruling President Biden attempted to criticize the decision saying:
Today is a — it’s not hyperbole. It suggests a very solemn moment. Today, the Supreme Court of the United States expressly took away a Constitutional right from the American people that it had already recognized. They didn’t limit it. They simply took it away.
That’s never been done to a right so important to so many Americans. But they did it. It’s a sad day for the court and for the country. Fifty years ago, Roe v. Wade was decided and has been the law of the land since then. This landmark case protected women’s right to choose, her right to make intensely personal decisions with their doctor free from… the interference of politics.
It reaffirmed basic principles of equality that women have the power to control their own destiny. And it reinforced a fundamental right of privacy, the right of each of us to choose how to live our lives.
The SCOTUS ruling to overturn Roe v Wade now gives individual states right to regulate abortion as they see fit. It will be interesting to see which states limit or ban abortion in the coming weeks.
