MUST WATCH: Republican Sen. Josh Hawley DESTROYED Biden’s SCOTUS Nominee For Her Disturbing Judicial Record on Child Pornography

At today’s Supreme Court Confirmation Hearing, Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley schooled Joe Biden’s Supreme Court Nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Sen. Hawley pointed out seven cases related to child pornography, in which Judge Jackson, sentenced the convicted defendant to a lower sentence than requested by the federal prosecution guidelines.

Listed below are the cases that Sen. Hawley brought up in Monday’s hearings-

1. Defendant distributed multiple images of child porn, possessed dozens more, including videos. Federal sentencing guidelines for such cases- 97-121 months in prison. Prosecutors, in this case, recommended 24 months in prison and Judge Jackson gave the defendant mere three months in prison.

2. Defendant possessed 48 files of child pornography. Federal guidelines for this offense are 78-97 months in prison. The prosecutor recommended the same as the federal guidelines (78-97 months). However, Judge Jackson ruled the case and sentenced the defendant to 28 months.

3. Defendant distributed dozens of images of child pornography, possessed over six hundred. Federal guidelines suggest 151-188 months in prison. The prosecutor recommended 72 months but Judge Jackson gave the defendant only 60 months in prison.

4. Defendant distributed 33 graphic images and videos of child sexual assault on an anonymous messaging app. Federal guidelines suggest 70-87 months in prison. Prosecutor in the case recommended 70 months in prison. Judge Jackson got away with ruling only a 60-month sentence.

5. Defendant distributed scores of images and children suffering sexual abuse. Federal guidelines recommend 97-121 month sentencing while Judge Jackson gave him only 57 months.

6. Defendant distributed over a hundred videos of child pornography. Guidelines: 97-121 months in prison. Prosecution: 97 months. Judge Jackson gave only 71 months.

7. Defendant was convicted of traveling across state lines to engage in sexual intercourse with a child and also possessed six separate thumb drives of child pornography. Guidelines: 46-57 months in prison. Prosecutor: 49 months. Judge Jackson ruled just 37 months.

Many Republicans are concerned by these rulings. Senator Hawley was one of the only few Senators in this nominating committee who pointed out this extensive record.
