A Boeing 737 Chinese Eastern Airlines flight has crashed in rural China while carrying 132 people. 123 of the people on board were passengers and the other 9 were flight crew.
Horrifying footage of the plane crash has gone viral on social media. Warning: viewer discretion is advised as this video captured the exact moment when the plane began to nosedive.

The plane crashed in rural China near the city of Wuzhou in the southern province of Guangxi. At the time of the initial nosedive, the Boeing 737 was cruising at around 30,000 feet. Separate footage from the aftermath of the deadly crash showed smoke and flames engulfing a nearby village.

Local media has reported that nearby villagers found debris near the site of the crash. There is still no word on any potential survivors however the odds of any survivors look bleak at the moment.
A rescue official cited by the People’s Daily claims that the plane disintegrated upon crashing and there is no sign of life among the debris. China Eastern announced that the cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
Flight 5735 was traveling from the Southwestern city of Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, to Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong near Hong Kong.
