Actor James Woods BLASTS California DA Who Could Have Prevented the Death of Two El Monte Police Officers

Two Los Angeles-area police officers were killed by a repeat offender felon in a fatal ambush shooting.

The felon, 35-year-old Justin Flores, was already on probation at the time of this encounter and was charged two times in 2020 for possession of an illegal firearm and methamphetamine. Both of these charges against Flores were dropped by the Soros-funded progressive prosecutors.

California police corporal Michael Paredes and officer Joseph Santana were killed in this fatal encounter.

Officers were responding to a stabbing report at an L.A. motel on Tuesday where the engagement turned into a fatal shooting taking the innocent lives of the two officers and the suspect.

Fox News national correspondent, Bill Melugin reported in a tweet thread that Flores had received the “absolute bare minimum” sentence for the illegal firearm possession charge. That was just two years on probation.

The El Monte Police Department shared details about these brave fallen officers in a news statement. “It is with heavy hearts that The City of El Monte & The El Monte Police Department announce the passing of Corporal Michael Paredes and Officer Joseph Santana. Corporal Paredes & Officer Santana were killed in the line of duty, while faithfully carrying out their sworn duties”  the El Monte PD tweet read.

Citizens of L.A. are already fed up with the radical District Attorney of L.A. George Gascon and have gathered enough petitions to recall the D.A.

Hollywood actor James Woods is one of the many prominent critics of Gascon and is now blasting the D.A. he believes is responsible for the lives of these brave officers.

Recently, San Francisco’s Soros-funded radical D.A. Chesa Baudin was officially recalled by frustrated citizens of the SF community. Many are expecting a similar fate in LA where Gascon is recalled.

“Let’s put it as simply as we can,” Woods wrote in a Twitter post linking to a Fox News article about the appeals court decision.

“If George Gascon obeyed the law these two El Monte police officers would be alive today,” he wrote.

“George Gascon has blood on his hands. Not only should he be recalled; he should be in prison.” Woods added.
